PROW-18 :

NU-VU’s PROW-18 floor model proofer has astainless steel construction and tempered glassdoors for full view of your product. These unitsfeature the AutoMist humidity system, whicheliminates the need for a water pan; however, it doesrequire a 1/4” waterline connection. This featureutilizes a mist, which is sprayed directly onto a fanthat distributes the heat and humidity evenlythroughout the proofer cavity.

The PROW-18 has a capacity of 18 full size pansor 36 half-size pans.
