PRO-16:

NU-VU’s PRO-16 Floor model proofer has astainless steel exterior and tempered glass doorsfor full view of your product. A manual fill water panlocated at the bottom of the unit provides thehumidity, while the fan provides uniformdistribution of heat and humidity.

The PRO-16 has a capacity of 16 full size pans and32 half-size pans.
