DESCRIPTION:
- Ultra-Max® electric griddles are designed to be reliable, efficient,and accurate. Each twelve [12] inch (305 mm) section has itsown independent temperature control and the griddle surface isone [1] inch (25 mm) thick, providing even cooking of a variety ofproducts at the same time.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- The Ultra-Max® electric countertop griddle will be constructedin the U.S.A. with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel base. Thegriddle plate will be one [1] inch (25 mm) thick and is offered witheither a chrome or polished steel surface. The heating elementswill allow control of each twelve [12] inch (305 mm) section andwill use electric snap-action thermostats. There will be onetemperature control for each twelve [12] inch (305 mm) section.The temperature will be controlled by snap-action thermostatsfrom 150°F (66°C) up to 450°F (232°C). The unit will haveone [1] grease drawer on 724, 736, and 748 models, and two[2] grease drawers on 760 and 772 models. The griddles willbe ready to hard-wire to an appropriate electrical connectionor connections depending on model. Models will operate on 208Vor 240 V service. Specify voltage when ordering. The griddleswill be supplied with four [4] inch (102 mm) legs that areadjustable up to 1.375 inches (35 mm).
